Going with the Flow and Inquiring

"Oh my god! How could this happen? I must not be awake yet..." At that moment, as she watched her surroundings suddenly turn into ruins, the woman Hellboy was holding widened her eyes, unable for a time to accept this world that felt so unfamiliar to her.

Even though superheroes like the Avengers had appeared and made their names in the world, to many ordinary people, the extraordinary world was still somewhat distant. Besides, superheroes looked nowhere near as terrifying as Demons, and ordinary people rarely got to witness the destructive power of superheroes either.

Moreover, this woman had always been a staunch atheist. Even though superheroes and extraordinary incidents were appearing everywhere in the world, because the first person to call himself a superhero had been Tony Stark, the woman had always firmly believed that so-called superheroes and extraordinary incidents were merely another application of science. But now, after seeing something beyond her understanding happen right before her eyes, she froze on the spot, even forgetting to struggle.

Hellboy, however, paid no attention to the woman in his hand. Instead, he walked over to the Demon, and with his huge right hand, he lifted the blood-soaked Demon straight up.

"Ah!" This scream did not come from the Demon, but from the woman. After coming back to her senses, she saw the Demon, as tall as she was, in that miserable, inhuman state. With a cry of alarm, she fainted on the spot.

After hearing the woman's scream, the Demon slowly regained consciousness from the pain. He looked at Hellboy's huge demonic head, and even speaking became difficult for him, but in the end he still stammered, "Who exactly are you? Are you trying to stop our plan?!"
