"Aren't you going to say something?" Seeing that Hulk and Peter Parker were both standing where they were, not daring to speak or move, Robet narrowed his eyes slightly and looked at Peter Parker as he asked.
Robet was not actually that angry with Hulk. After all, leaving aside the fact that Hulk's intellect was not exactly up to par, even if Hulk had the IQ of a normal person, he had only just joined the Avengers and still did not know many of the unspoken rules. So Hulk's mistake could still be forgiven.
But Peter Parker was different. Never mind that Peter Parker had already counted as one of the first members when the Avengers had just been founded; even before the Avengers were established, Peter Parker had followed Robet for so long. He should have been very clear about the requirements when sparring with companions.
True, this time Hulk had bitten Peter Parker first, and afterward it had been Venom who bit back at Hulk, but Venom was supposed to be controlled by Peter Parker. Later, Peter Parker had allowed Venom and Hulk to tear into each other, and that was definitely Peter Parker's dereliction of duty.
"Uh, it really was my fault, but I didn't lose my head. I was just stunned..." Peter Parker looked at Robet and explained in a low voice, a little apologetic. "I've been through plenty of battles, but this was the first time I'd run into someone who ate people like that. After Venom started tearing at him, I completely failed to react. Otherwise I definitely would've forced Venom back down!"
"I admit I got carried away, but that guy looked like he wanted to eat me and Peter. How was I supposed to hold back?" Just then,
