Most importantly, a supernatural power like this, one that seemed capable of being passed down, might not be impossible to mass-produce. Because of that, the official agencies' level of attention toward this matter could be said to be the highest in years.
However, even though the official agencies sent out many people, and even though there were plenty of interested individuals and organizations, not a single person managed to find the Wizard's testing ground. Meanwhile, reports of missing children showed no sign of stopping.
Only then did the official agencies realize that the candidates who could take part in the supernatural test seemed limited to children. Adults apparently were not qualified to participate in this supernatural test.
