Leiyin helplessly scratched his head. "Well, firing at targets and carrying out assassinations every day is incredibly boring. You'll never get stronger that way."

"What? How dare you look down on the Marines?"

As soon as he finished speaking, a water dragon's head emerged from Leiyin's chest and shot forward at a speed the soldiers could not react to. Before anyone could recover, the water dragon had sent them flying in every direction, leaving every one of them soaked to the skin.

Seeing the result, Leiyin shook his head, dissatisfied. If I used this technique on the surface of the sea, the water dragon should be far larger.

Although Leiyin was not satisfied, the soldiers drenched like drowned rats were all wearing horrified expressions.

"To finish you off!"

As he spoke, Ryan charged forward, and the soldiers automatically cleared a space for them.

"Six Powers—Tempest Kick!"

Using the momentum of his charge, Ryan gathered power in his leg and kicked through the air, producing a blue slash.

So he's a Field Officer who knows the Six Powers. Leiyin's eyes had already changed shape.

"Three-Tomoe Sharingan, activate!"

After activating his Sharingan, Leiyin swiftly leaped to the side and dodged the attack. Ryan's Tempest Kick slash severed the large tree behind him in two.

At that moment, Leiyin understood that Ryan's displayed strength was probably no weaker than that of a Field Officer from Navy Headquarters or a "G Branch."

Seeing that the attack had failed to injure him, Ryan stomped down hard. "Six Powers—Geppo!"

This "Iron Body Fist" was an extended technique of "Iron Body," one of the Six Powers. In the original Pirate story, it was used by Jabra of CP9.

Just as Ryan's fist suddenly came crashing down, a solid earthen wall rose from the ground before Leiyin's feet and blocked the attack...

Leiyin ignored him and formed three more seals with both hands. "Tiger—Rat—Tiger!"

Then he pressed his hands against the ground, and a ferocious, enormous creature appeared before him...

When Ryan smashed the Earth Flow Wall apart with all his strength, he also saw the enormous creature.

Leiyin had summoned the Cat Tiger Beast with Summoning Technique...
