The Pilaf Trio

Little did they know that Leiyin and his group had already been targeted.

Watching a small aircraft race out of the jungle, a beautiful long-haired woman in military uniform spoke into a communications device: "Report to Emperor Pilaf: We found them in Area H. They're currently moving."

A voice came from the other end: "Understood. Proceed according to the original plan."

The woman in uniform asked, "Did you see that vehicle? All those Dragon Balls are on it!"

On Leiyin's side, Oolong continued piloting the small aircraft forward.

Suddenly, with a loud boom, an explosion erupted beneath the aircraft, blowing it apart.

The shockwave sent Kid Goku, Bulma, and Oolong flying. Only Leiyin teleported away, landing steadily on the ground.

Emperor Pilaf and the long-haired woman in uniform had somehow received the news and planted bombs along their route.

Their intentions were obvious. They had come to seize the Dragon Balls as well.

Although nobody had been injured and they had only been hit by the shockwave, the matter was far from over.

A humanoid robot nearly three meters tall burst out of the ground.

There was a glass canopy at the front of the humanoid robot, through which the person operating it could even be seen.

It was a dog-headed man carrying a Japanese sword on his back.

The aircraft had been blown to pieces, and everything inside had fallen out.

That included the box containing the Dragon Balls.

Inside the machine, the dog-headed man operated the mechanical arms and opened the box. Seeing that the things they were looking for were indeed inside, he closed it again and said, "Sorry about this, but the Dragon Balls belong to us now. Bye-bye!"

After saying that, flames burst from beneath the robot's rear, and it shot into the sky.
