Training Begins

On Master Roshi's island.

Blue-haired Launch smiled sweetly and said to them, "Thank you so much, no matter what. I'm being hunted right now."

Hearing this, Krillin asked in confusion, "Hunted? Could it be those people chasing you just now weren't bad guys? Why were they after you?"

Blue-haired Launch awkwardly touched her hair and said, "I've robbed banks before, and other places too."

"Huh?" Krillin scratched his head in confusion. "You're quite the joker. You don't look like someone who'd do that sort of thing."

Blue-haired Launch glanced at Leiyin and said coyly, "I-I think you'd better be careful. Whenever I sneeze, my temper changes."

"Whoa!"

As they were talking, someone suddenly let out a shout of surprise. It was Master Roshi, returning on the back of a sea turtle.

He was back, so why was he shouting?

When Master Roshi saw the gorgeous woman, his face and heart blossomed with joy. He said to Leiyin and the others, "You did great!"

Krillin said, "Teacher Mutian is back."

Kid Goku still looked somewhat confused. "Huh? Is she okay?"

Master Roshi nodded. "Of course."

Krillin sidled over with a cheeky grin. "Well, Teacher Mutian? We did pretty well, didn't we?"

Master Roshi pushed up his glasses. "Very good. I've officially decided to take the three of you as my disciples!"

"Wait!" Leiyin raised a hand and continued, "I never said I wanted to be your disciple. If I have to take on a role, I'll be Kid Goku and Krillin's martial arts instructor."

"Suit yourself."

At that moment, Master Roshi's thoughts were entirely occupied by Launch. Taking on a few disciples was not particularly important to him right now.

Besides, Leiyin's strength was plain for all to see. As the two boys' instructor, he had their respect.

"Haha, I'm so
