Seven or eight Division commanders had already arrived. Every one of them was a pirate with a bounty of hundreds of millions, each possessing a unique specialty that allowed them to establish themselves and earn the qualifications to become a Division commander in a powerful pirate crew like the Rocks Pirates.
Newgate did not even spare those men a proper glance. He went straight to his seat.
He folded his arms across his chest and began resting with his eyes closed.

The commanders were sensible enough not to strike up a conversation with Whitebeard. Instead, they began chatting with the commanders they were familiar with.
"There are more than fifty World Government member nations. We already destroyed one of them last time, but the World Government's power remains unbelievably formidable. Once their forces gather together, and with the addition of the Marines, this won't be easy to deal with." A thoughtful commander voiced his opinion cautiously.
Another commander sneered. "What's there to fear? At worst, I'll just lose my life. From the day I chose to become a pirate, I had already put my life aside."
