Holding Napoleon in Linlin's hands at bay with both swords, Ochoku had no way to spare any attention to defend against Prometheus's attack.
Prometheus detached itself from Linlin's left hand and streaked through the air toward Ochoku like a fired arrow, forming a massive pillar of flame!
Like a laser made of fire.
"Stolen Fire!"
Ochoku instantly covered his armor with Armament Haki. In an instant, the golden armor turned black.
At the critical moment.
A dazzling slash appeared behind Ochoku, cutting through the Hozmi flame attacking him from the side and splitting it in two!
"Ochoku, you're no match for Linlin. Leave her to me!" Ares shot out diagonally like a launched rocket, appearing beside Ochoku in the blink of an eye.
The slash from earlier had naturally been Ares's doing as well, helping Ochoku deflect Linlin's attack.
Ares's appearance seemed to make the red glow in Linlin's eyes burn even brighter, like a huge red lantern.
Prometheus's target naturally shifted from Ochoku to Ares as well. Linlin wielded the enormous Napoleon and changed direction, sweeping it toward Ares's waist.
Taking advantage of the opening, Ochoku landed on the ground and looked up at the sky. "Ares has grown so much this year that he can even fight the CP0 Chief. He shouldn't be in any danger."
But Ares, suspended in midair, accelerated. A sonic boom erupted beneath his feet, and as he avoided the long blade in Linlin's hands, he had already closed in on her face.
He swung his massive fist at Linlin's face without the slightest hesitation and said at the same time, "Linlin, snap out of it!"
