Chapter Summaries

Victor submitted four proposals to strengthen his standing in the navy while Kong and Sengoku discussed which ones the World Government might approve. Queen Otohime was assassinated, and Doflamingo sought Victor’s permission to reclaim Dressrosa; Victor approved, while a masked boy continued training nearby.
