Nearly seventy percent of the land in Smith Royal City belonged to the Smith Royal Family. After Fisher followed the terms and took over the inheritances of every member of the Smith Royal Family, he transformed himself in one stroke into the biggest landowner in Smith Royal City.
The Rakshasa Republican Party, led by Peter, had nearly been squeezed straight into the slums.
Although they were no strangers to the slums—in fact, one could say they knew them extremely well—that did not mean they were still willing to stay there now. In their eyes, Fisher's move was simply an act of humiliation!
But unfortunately, they were helpless to do anything about it.
The current laws of the Smith Republic had been added to and revised on the foundation of the original laws of the Smith Kingdom.
After all, under those circumstances, it had been unrealistic to formulate a complete legal code from scratch on short notice.
With that as the premise, the law stipulated that a landowner had the right to refuse others entry onto his land!
This would not have been much of an issue ordinarily, but the problem was that there was simply too much land belonging to the Smith Royal Family around the royal city.
Originally, that land had been divided among a large number of royal family members. Since everyone lived in the royal city, they naturally would not impose such restrictions so that everyone could live more comfortably.
But now, all that land had fallen under Fisher's name alone.
And so, just like that, the Rakshasa Republican Party, led by Peter, had been pinned into a corner of the royal city by a single clause, unable to move.
The moment they set foot on Fisher's private land, it would be equivalent to violating the laws
