Over at the border military district, Eredar had pulled a ridiculous stunt that upgraded their daily training straight into armored combat. Meanwhile, Light, on the other side, was experiencing what could only be called an extravagantly eventful day with his little brother.

He started the morning with morning tea, then went shopping after finishing it. Whenever he got hungry, he ducked into the snack street and ate while he browsed.

They had hot pot for dinner at a restaurant, then went to a tavern and drank until midnight before heading out for skewers.

"No wonder you've put on so much weight lately!"

By the time they finished the skewers, it was already past one in the morning. The fellow finally thought it was time to go home.

Standing in the corridor, he leaned his head against the door, then fumbled out his key and unlocked it...
