The enemy had plotted this for a long time, striking without warning when Pig Seven had only just advanced, his cultivation still unstable and his guard at its lowest.
The immense pressure left him almost unable to resist. A sinister, icy aura had already swept over him.
"Who dares ambush me, Old Pig?!" Pig Seven cried out in panic, his heart sinking to the bottom. If he had been on shore, at least he would have had a few helpers. But now he was in the Nine Nether Weak Water. Even if Wen He, Kongyan, and the others realized something was wrong, they could only stand by helplessly.
Even with cultivation as high as Wen He and the others', they couldn't enter the Nine Nether Weak Water. If they did, they wouldn't save anyone; they'd only be throwing their lives away.
"Pig Seven!" Wen He had sensed something was wrong long ago, but he couldn't get close. All he could do was watch helplessly as Pig Seven slowly sank.
"Pig Seven, what's wrong?" Chi Min watched in horror. She rushed forward without regard for her own safety, but Crimson Dream Demon Venerable quickly blocked her.
"Wen He, hurry and save Pig Seven!" Chi Min pleaded helplessly.
"Let's join forces and try." The sight of the surging Nine Nether Weak Water made Wen He's scalp prickle, but he couldn't simply watch Pig Seven fall into danger.
He looked to Kongyan and Wei Dongming. The three of them all primarily cultivated spatial laws; perhaps together they could give it a try. They didn't dare think about their chances of success. This was more a last-ditch attempt.
"Then let's try." Kongyan sighed. He, too, could sense that overwhelmingly powerful aura, one that had already reached the Imperial Realm.
