Qin Tian looked down at it. The card was made of a special material, smooth and warm to the touch like jade. The information on it was simple: just his photo and ID number.

"No need to thank me. The Empire won't let down any warrior who fights for it."
Jia Xiu smiled, then continued, "Qin Tian, you've now triggered Article 23 of the Empire's Special Management Regulations No. 19. The Military Department will make other arrangements for you. However, that's not handled by our Special Operations Management Department, so you'll have to wait a little longer. I'll contact you once the arrangements are in place."
"Understood. Thank you."
Qin Tian nodded.
To be honest, he was curious about what the Empire would do with him.
Would he be transferred to another Legion and appointed as an officer, or would he join some special department and receive secret training?
Whatever happened, he needed to improve his strength while he still had time, so he could establish himself in this new environment.
