"Welcome back, Kerrigan." The Emperor smiled and nodded. The seats in the Hall of Gods shifted. The Queen of Blades no longer sat opposite the Golden Throne, but to its right, one level above the Gods and equal in rank to the Golden Emperor.
From this day on, the Imperium of Man would be ruled by an Emperor and a Queen, with the God Emperor at the head and the Queen as his deputy. This also symbolized the respective positions of humanity and the insects in their union.
Kerrigan lifted her head and gazed at the dense web of rules woven through the divine realm. It was like an endless information network; with a single thought, she could access an ocean of information about the rules.

In the past, she had relied on her powerful Mind Power to forcibly tear through the universe's barriers and meditate on the complex Rules System, imprinting it in her mind. Here in the divine realm, however, information about the rules poured into her thoughts like a flood, endlessly supplying what would otherwise take an enormous amount of time and effort to obtain. The difference in cultivation speed was hundreds, even thousands of times!
