There were two Life Stars in the Zichen Star System, both occupied by Taiyi Star Palace. On them, all kinds of experiments were conducted involving monsters, bloodlines, Purple Sun Power, Heavenly Demon Power, and more.
Experiments like these inevitably showed signs of spiraling out of control. What Liang Ji had stumbled upon was clearly a case of one of Taiyi Star Palace's experiments going awry.
However, Taiyi Star Palace's cultivators were evidently well-practiced at handling such incidents. While aboard the Spaceport, Liang Ji received only a warning alert. Sure enough, the Star Chart Great Formation in the Zichen Star System sprang into action. Streaks of starlight linked together into a net and pressed down over the out-of-control Life Star, enveloping and sealing it off to keep the runaway experiments, mutated monsters, and Vassals from affecting anything beyond the star.
Yet the starlight was not used to suppress the rampaging, mutated monsters and Vassals themselves.
Within the star, a beam of starlight shot out from the Star Origin and Spirit Vein. It gathered in the sky and took shape as a "compendium."
Within that "Starlight Compendium," the forms and bloodlines of all manner of Void Monsters, the Demon Race, Vassals, and more rapidly appeared and vanished. It was as though a world of bloodlines lay within, where all kinds of bloodline creatures lived, bred, evolved, and ascended.
