"This is the Black Dragon Mountain Empire Cosmic Army Outer Domain Battlefield Registration Office. How may I help you?" About ten seconds later, a slightly lazy voice came through the communicator.

At that moment, on the eightieth floor, the second-highest floor of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire Administrative Building, inside a room with a Cosmic Army Registration Office sign hanging outside—

A Blue-skinned Man with scales across his forehead and snake-like pupils sprawled lazily over his desk, frowning as he spoke into the communicator in his hand.

An excited young voice came from the communicator.

Upon hearing this, the Blue-skinned Man felt as if a bucket of ice water had been poured over him. He shuddered, immediately stood up straight, and spoke respectfully and nervously into the communicator.

"H-hello. Please ask that sir to wait a moment. I'll notify our supervisor right away and have him come down to receive that sir." After saying that, he immediately ended the call and dialed another communication code.

"Mu En, what is it? I'm in the rest area on the seventy-fifth floor." Several seconds later, a stern voice came through the communicator.

"Supervisor, something big has happened! The Household Registration Office sent word that a Universe level sir wants to enlist in the Cosmic Army and head to the Outer Domain Battlefield!" the Blue-skinned Man shouted.

"What? Say that again!" The communicator fell silent for several seconds before a roar immediately came through.

The Blue-skinned Man repeated himself.

"Quick! Prepare the registration documents at once, then wait for me in the VIP room next door. I'm going to the Household Registration Office to invite that sir over." With that, the call was immediately cut off.

"What? Brother Ze, you're going to the Outer Domain Battlefield?" Luo Feng sat across from Li Ze, his face full of shock as he asked.

After the Household Registration Office worker ended the call, he immediately invited Li Ze to the nearby rest area and asked him to wait there. At the same time, another worker went to bring Luo Feng over as well.

As Andres looked at the young man before him, his heart was filled with respect. This respect was not merely because the person before him was a Universe level powerhouse. As a Black Dragon Mountain Empire civil servant, he only needed to be properly courteous when meeting ordinary Universe level powerhouses. But this man was heading to the Outer Domain Battlefield.

There, he would have to constantly fight Alien Races from across the universe, striving to secure more living space for the Human Race. Everyone who fought on the Outer Domain Battlefield was a hero of the Human Race.

Those who had never set foot on the Outer Domain Battlefield, even if they cultivated to higher levels, were merely consuming the Human Race's internal resources.

The Blue-skinned Man was already waiting there.

Andres respectfully handed the prepared documents to Li Ze.

"Sir, this is the Black Dragon Mountain Empire enlistment contract for the Outer Domain Battlefield. Please take a look. If everything is acceptable, I will register your information according to the contract and upload it, together with the contract, to the Human Universe Army Headquarters network. The army will then arrange a spacecraft to take you to the Black Dragon Mountain Imperial Star. From there, a transport ship departs for the Outer Domain Battlefield once every two months," Andres said.

Li Ze accepted the contract Andres handed him and began reading it.

This contract could be divided into two parts.

The first part was obligations.

The obligations he had to undertake were simple: obey all deployments by the Human Universe Army on the Outer Domain Battlefield and complete Outer Domain Battlefield missions according to orders issued by army headquarters.

This was unlike independent fighters who participated in the Outer Domain Battlefield. Even before being discharged, they could form small squads and fight on the Outer Domain Battlefield.

Human Race Universe level and Domain Lord level soldiers had absolutely no right to act independently before being discharged from the army.

The contract mainly consisted of the above sections. Of course, there were also some other less important clauses, which would not be described one by one.
