Three days later, thanks to everyone's tireless efforts, the Cloud Mist Mountain Villa was finally furnished.
Grandma had left a room of her own for each of Fang Yao, Jiang Weiwei, and Su Xiaorui. The three girls went hand in hand to decorate their rooms. Lin Yueyue stared at the spacious courtyard and the castle-like villa, speechless for a long while. Lin Xiaorou, meanwhile, bounced off to see the new room her older brothers and sisters had decorated for her.
They stayed at the Cloud Mist Mountain Villa for another three days. Just as they were planning to return to school, Fang Yao received a call from Fang Wei. He told her that the next day, Lin Hao, Fang Yao, Jiang Weiwei, and Su Xiaorui were to report to Azure Dragon Fortress in the Eastern Military Region. The girls exchanged looks at the news, unsure why they were being sent to Azure Dragon Fortress. Fang Wei hadn't explained over the phone. Only Lin Hao had a guess: Lord Han Feng's orders had probably reached the Eastern Military Region. Their training was likely about to become even more brutal.
The next day, the four said goodbye to Grandma and their families, then flew to Azure Dragon Fortress in the Eastern Military Region.
On the plane, the girls were still chatting and laughing. Lin Hao, however, remained silent. Seeing that he wasn't saying anything, Fang Yao asked curiously, "Dummy, what are you thinking about?"
At Fang Yao's question, Lin Hao came out of his thoughts. He glanced at the three girls, then spoke in a very serious tone. "The trial at Azure Dragon Fortress may be exceptionally brutal. I want you all to prepare yourselves." The girls froze when they heard him.
Jiang Weiwei then asked, "Lin Hao, do you know something?"
