Ch. 321Unification in Sight

After the future Sasuke and his companions departed, Orochimaru and Konoha’s forces secured the battlefield and planned to unify the Ninja World. Orochimaru expected to conquer the remaining countries within one to three months, while Number 4 Minato considered whether the radical approach could offer lessons for his own world.

  • Jiraiya stopped young Naruto from approaching the flash of light and told him he would understand Boruto’s departure someday.
  • Itachi subdued Mei Terumi and four Jinchuriki with Tsukuyomi, following Orochimaru’s order to imprison them while he considered extracting their Tailed Beasts.
  • Jiraiya questioned whether Kisame, Deidara, and the others should be captured, but Itachi reassured Kisame that no one would harm him.
  • Natsu Yuu praised Orochimaru and discussed the remaining forces and territories; Orochimaru planned to take Sunagakure and eliminate the Daimyo and nobles as he unified the Ninja World.
  • Number 4 Minato questioned whether Orochimaru’s ruthlessness could suit his own world, then decided to observe whether the unification improved the Ninja World before drawing lessons from it.

Ch. 322Ten-Pull!

After returning to Ninja World 4, Minato learned about the Otsutsuki threat and grew concerned about the future, while Kushina confronted him over his mention of a grandson. Natsu Yuu then checked the rising unification progress across the four worlds and started a ten-pull.

  • Orochimaru reminded Natsu Yuu of his promises, and Natsu Yuu agreed to show him other versions of himself and provide a god's corpse.
  • Natsu Yuu took Minato back to Ninja World 4 and explained the battle in Ninja World 3 and the origins and plans of the Otsutsuki Clan.
  • Minato learned that Black Zetsu in his world was already dead, but that stronger Otsutsuki could threaten the Ninja World in the future.
  • Minato asked Natsu Yuu about unification and his grandson, and Kushina dragged him into their bedroom for a talk.
  • Natsu Yuu reviewed the worlds' increased unification progress, found he had earned enough for ten draws, and began the ten-pull.

Ch. 323Sage Body, on the Verge of Six Paths

Natsu Yuu received a Sage Body from his ten-pull, greatly increasing his power and bringing him close to the Six Paths level. After checking his other rewards, he discovered that the Qiankun Golden Cymbals could capture any target with guaranteed success, leaving him thrilled by the double gold-tier haul.

  • Natsu Yuu's Sage Body evolved, massively increasing his Chakra, physical abilities, and regeneration.
  • Natsu Yuu judged that his new strength put him near the Six Paths level, though he still lacked the Ten-Tails and Yang Release.
  • Minato sensed Natsu Yuu's immense Chakra, but Natsu Yuu reassured him before Kushina pulled Minato back into the bedroom.
  • Natsu Yuu reviewed his remaining rewards, including the Reverse Four Symbols Seal Technique, Dustless Concealment, Shadow Clone Technique, and Space-Time Wind Chimes.
  • Natsu Yuu checked the Qiankun Golden Cymbals and learned that they could capture any target with 100% success, without cost, restrictions, or risk of being broken.

Ch. 324The Qiankun Golden Cymbals in Hand

Natsu Yuu tested the Qiankun Golden Cymbals, learned Yomotsu Hirasaka, and considered how the Ninja Worlds might be unified and Izuna revived. After helping feed baby Naruto, he spoke with Minato, but Contact Frog Gamaken Kosuke suddenly arrived with an urgent warning.

  • Natsu Yuu tested the Qiankun Golden Cymbals on a White Zetsu clone and found they could quickly capture and imprison one target at a time.
  • Natsu Yuu learned Yomotsu Hirasaka and considered how Orochimaru's progress, Hashirama's changing beliefs, and Izuna's possible revival could advance unification.
  • Natsu Yuu fed hungry baby Naruto and took several photos while Kushina and Minato came to collect him.
  • Natsu Yuu reminded Minato that Boruto might seek help if Minato did not act, and Minato said he would find a way to deal with the situation.
  • Gamaken Kosuke leaped through the window and urgently told Minato that something had happened.

Ch. 325Tanabuta Had Gone on a Rampage?

Gamaken Kosuke told Minato that Obito had captured Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade and demanded the Rinnegan in exchange for them. Minato resolved to go to Takigakure to rescue them, while Natsu Yuu warned him that the message might be a trap.

  • Gamaken Kosuke reported that Obito had captured Jiraiya and the other Sannin and demanded that Minato bring the Rinnegan to Takigakure.
  • Minato asked about the attack and the Sannin’s condition, but Gamaken Kosuke knew only what the injured Gama Ken had relayed.
  • Minato told Natsu Yuu he would go save Jiraiya, despite having destroyed the Rinnegan Obito wanted.
  • Natsu Yuu warned Minato that Obito might be trying to lure him away, and Minato said he would take Kushina and Naruto to Fugaku’s home before leaving.

Ch. 326I'm Going to Win!

Obito captured Jiraiya and Tsunade in Takigakure and planned to use them to reclaim the Rinnegan from Minato. He sent White Zetsu to prepare a decoy while he headed for Kirigakure to capture more Jinchuriki before confronting his teacher.

  • Obito defeated Jiraiya and Tsunade, captured Fū, and pinned the Sannin to a pillar with chakra-sealing Black Rods.
  • Jiraiya tried to warn Obito about Black Zetsu and persuade him to return, but Obito rejected him and stabbed Tsunade to silence him.
  • Obito sent Jiraiya and Tsunade into the Kamui Dimension after Jiraiya asked about the markings on his hand.
  • Obito told White Zetsu they would target Kirigakure and capture the remaining Tailed Beasts before trading the hostages for Minato's Rinnegan.
  • Obito ordered White Zetsu to leave a clone to mislead Minato toward Konoha, then declared that he would win this time.

Ch. 327A Disaster-Prone Iwagakure

Minato reached Takigakure expecting to meet Obito, but Orochimaru revealed that Obito had misled him and was heading for Kirigakure. Minato and Orochimaru chose to lie in wait at Iwagakure, though Minato worried the village was doomed in every world.

  • Minato found Takigakure's ruined battlefield and seized a White Zetsu clone, which hinted that Obito might be pursuing another Jinchuriki.
  • Minato concluded that Obito was targeting Kushina and prepared to return to Konoha, but Orochimaru appeared and proved his identity by summoning a snake.
  • Orochimaru told Minato that Obito had defeated Jiraiya and Tsunade but left them alive, and that Obito's group was heading to Kirigakure rather than Konoha.
  • Orochimaru explained that a little white snake had let him overhear Obito's plans and proposed that they go to Iwagakure to ambush him.
  • Minato agreed to Orochimaru's plan and privately worried that Iwagakure seemed destined to be destroyed in every world.

Ch. 328Surprise, huh?

Minato and Orochimaru reached Iwagakure as Ōnoki learned that Kumogakure’s Jinchuriki had been abducted and discussed using the attacks to pressure Konoha. The chapter ended when Minato appeared inside Ōnoki’s home after a kunai flew through the window.

  • Minato and Orochimaru abandoned their plan in Kirigakure and traveled to Iwagakure to target its Jinchuriki.
  • Ōnoki received an Anbu report that an attacker with a Sharingan had abducted both of Kumogakure’s Jinchuriki.
  • Ōnoki and Kitsuchi suspected Konoha’s involvement and considered that Sunagakure’s Jinchuriki might also be missing.
  • Ōnoki proposed uniting the villages to pressure Konoha and demand compensation, while Kitsuchi worried that Iwagakure could be attacked.
  • A kunai flew through Ōnoki’s window, and Minato appeared inside the house in a flash.

Ch. 329Let Madara Take the Blame Again

Minato and Orochimaru infiltrated Ōnoki’s home to ask Iwagakure to help bait and ambush the enemy capturing Jinchuriki. Ōnoki agreed after Minato named the enemy as Madara Uchiha, but demanded to know how they could possibly defeat him.

  • Minato appeared before Ōnoki, and Orochimaru entered through the window and threatened Ōnoki and Kitsuchi to keep them from fighting.
  • Minato explained that Konoha wanted to use Iwagakure’s Jinchuriki as bait to trap the enemy, who had captured Jinchuriki from several villages.
  • Ōnoki questioned why Konoha would not use its own Jinchuriki as bait, and Orochimaru warned that Iwagakure would be left alone if it refused to cooperate.
  • Ōnoki demanded the enemy’s identity, so Minato said the enemy called himself Madara Uchiha.
  • Ōnoki agreed to cooperate but questioned whether Minato’s forces could defeat an enemy as powerful as Madara.

Ch. 330Please Step Into the Trap

Minato revealed that he was the Nine-Tails’ Perfect Jinchuriki and persuaded Ōnoki to help ambush Obito outside Iwagakure. The chapter ended as Orochimaru bit Han’s neck while the group prepared to use the Five-Tails Jinchuriki as bait.

  • Minato transformed into Kurama Mode, astonishing Ōnoki and Kitsuchi with his power.
  • Minato promised to fight outside Iwagakure, and Ōnoki agreed to cooperate against Madara Uchiha.
  • Minato and Orochimaru learned that Roshi had left the village and arranged to use Han as bait instead.
  • Minato and Orochimaru explained their plan to lure the enemy into touching Han, immobilize him with a seal, and let Minato strike using the Flying Thunder God Technique.
  • Kitsuchi brought Han to the group, and Orochimaru bit him on the neck before Han could react.

Ch. 331Please invite the guest into the urn (2)

Minato and Iwagakure set a trap using Han to lure Obito into an ambush, while Minato and his allies waited underground. Obito arrived, bypassed the camp’s defenses with Kamui, and killed the guards as he headed for Han’s hut.

  • Ōnoki staged Han’s apparent seal instability and moved him to a camp outside Iwagakure as bait for Obito.
  • Minato, Orochimaru, Kitsuchi, and Iwagakure’s ninja hid beneath the camp and waited for Obito to arrive.
  • After capturing the Three-Tails and Six-Tails, Obito learned from White Zetsu that Han was being kept outside the village and suspected a trap.
  • Obito sent White Zetsu clones to attack from the right, drawing away several Stone Ninja while he approached from the left.
  • Obito entered the camp unaffected by its weight-increasing barrier, killed the remaining guards and Barrier Squad, and headed for Han’s hut.

Ch. 332The Tortoise in the Jar

Obito defeated Han with Kamui and Wood Style, but Han’s curse seals immobilized him when he tried to capture him. Minato appeared using the Flying Thunder God Technique and attacked Obito with a kunai aimed at his forehead.

  • Han attacked Obito with Boil Release, but his kick passed through Obito because of Kamui’s Phasing.
  • Han activated his Half-Tailed Beast Transformation and tried to charge a Tailed Beast Bomb, but Obito’s Kamui injured him and forced him to dodge.
  • Obito used Wood Style to bind Han and drain his Tailed Beast Chakra, then pinned him with Black Rods.
  • Obito approached Han to capture him, but two curse seals spread across Obito’s body and immobilized him when he touched Han.
  • Minato appeared between Obito and Han with the Flying Thunder God Technique and drove a chakra-reinforced Kunai toward Obito’s forehead.

Ch. 333Threats and Counterthreats

Minato ambushed Obito, but Obito escaped by using the markings on his hand to absorb Orochimaru’s curse marks and activate Phasing. When Obito threatened Jiraiya and Tsunade to demand his Rinnegan, Minato countered with a convincing imitation and threatened to destroy it, leaving Obito under pressure to choose.

  • Minato struck Obito between the brows with a Nine-Tails-enhanced kunai, but Obito escaped the fatal blow and attacked with Wood Style.
  • Orochimaru realized the markings on Obito’s hand had absorbed his double curse mark and freed him from its restraint.
  • Obito released Jiraiya and Tsunade, held them hostage with a kunai and wooden spikes, and demanded his other Rinnegan from Minato.
  • Jiraiya urged Minato to prioritize the village and the Ninja World, but Obito cut off Jiraiya’s left arm to strengthen his threat.
  • Minato produced an imitation Rinnegan and threatened to destroy it unless Obito released Jiraiya and Tsunade.

Ch. 334Minato vs. Obito

Minato used a fake Rinnegan to stop Obito from relying on hostages, then fought him while Orochimaru secured Tsunade. Minato and Obito traded powerful attacks, but neither could land a decisive blow, and Obito began to suspect something was wrong.

  • Minato threatened to destroy the Rinnegan, forcing Obito to stop using Jiraiya and the other hostage as leverage.
  • Obito attacked Minato with Kamui, but Minato escaped with the Flying Thunder God Technique and signaled Orochimaru to begin their backup plan.
  • Tsunade broke free of her feigned unconsciousness and attacked Minato under Obito's Genjutsu; Obito kicked Jiraiya and returned him to the Kamui Dimension.
  • Minato knocked Tsunade unconscious with a Rasengan and handed her to Orochimaru, who sent her to Ryūchi Cave.
  • Minato and Obito exchanged attacks, including Minato's shuriken barrage and Obito's Fire Release storm, but their abilities prevented either from gaining the upper hand.
  • As the battle continued without a decisive result, Obito began to realize something was wrong.

Ch. 335Science and Technology Are the True Priorities

Orochimaru’s poison mist weakened Obito and forced him to retreat from his fight with Minato. Obito’s apparent escape proved to be a feint, and he reappeared to attack Han, the Five-Tails’ Jinchuriki.

  • Orochimaru and his Snake Clones spread a colorless poison mist across the battlefield, weakening Obito while Minato remained protected by Kurama Mode.
  • Orochimaru taunted Obito and increased the poison mist’s concentration as Obito realized he had to escape before the toxin overwhelmed him.
  • Obito announced that Minato had won the round and phased underground to flee; Minato struck the ground with a Rasengan but could not find him.
  • Minato and Orochimaru discussed whether Obito had escaped, and Minato noted that the Nine-Tails could no longer sense his malice.
  • Obito emerged from the ground hundreds of meters away and reached for Han, revealing that his retreat had been a feint to create an opening for a surprise attack.

Ch. 336Tobi, You've Lost!

Tobi captured Han, but Minato revealed that Han still carried hidden Flying Thunder God Marks, allowing Minato’s clones to enter the Kamui Dimension and strike Tobi. Tobi summoned Susanoo to keep fighting, but Minato sent hundreds of clones into the dimension, leaving Tobi frozen and facing defeat.

  • Tobi removed the Flying Thunder God Marks he found on Han, absorbed Han into the Kamui Dimension, and evaded Minato’s Rasengan.
  • Minato declared that Tobi had already lost, then used Shadow Clones to keep Tobi phased while one clone struck him from inside the Kamui Dimension.
  • Minato revealed that Han had two more marks on him, one on his tongue and one on a swallowed bronze plate, and Orochimaru explained that Han had served as deliberate bait.
  • Tobi activated Susanoo and planned to endure Minato’s attacks long enough to retrieve Han and kill Minato’s clone.
  • Minato created hundreds of Shadow Clones and sent them into the Kamui Dimension with Flying Thunder God, leaving Tobi shocked and drenched in cold sweat.

Ch. 337Obito's Death?

Minato defeated Obito and cut his throat, but Obito revived through the Kāma mark and was restrained again. As Minato prepared to seal him, Jigen emerged from a space-time portal.

  • Minato blasted Obito's Susanoo apart with repeated Tailed Beast Bombs, then used Flying Thunder God to cut his throat.
  • Minato's Shadow Clones rescued Jiraiya, Han, Fū, Karatachi Yagura, and Utakata from the Kamui Dimension.
  • Orochimaru ignored Jiraiya's pleas for help and removed Obito's right Mangekyō Sharingan, but discovered Obito's neck wound had healed and a black pattern was spreading across his body.
  • Obito revived and used Kamui to twist off one of Orochimaru's arms, but Minato interrupted his Dojutsu with a Five Elements Seal and restrained him.
  • As Minato prepared to seal Obito, the Kāma mark opened a space-time portal, and Jigen emerged.

Ch. 338Negotiations Failed!

Jigen rescued Obito and demanded that Minato let him take Obito away, but Minato refused. Jigen attacked, killing Orochimaru and Jiraiya and pinning the other Jinchuriki while Minato narrowly escaped.

  • Jigen explained that he had given Obito a Kāma and saved him from mortal wounds, then planned to take him somewhere to restore the seal.
  • Obito challenged Jigen to face Minato, and Jigen politely asked the Fourth Hokage to let him take his partner.
  • Minato refused to surrender Obito, despite Jigen warning him that refusal would have dire consequences.
  • Jigen activated [Sukuna] and expanded hidden Black Rods, killing Orochimaru and Jiraiya and pinning the other Jinchuriki.
  • Minato escaped the rods with Flying Thunder God, while Jigen’s attack left the battle underway.

Ch. 339The Powerful Jigen

Minato fought Jigen after witnessing Jiraiya and Orochimaru’s deaths, using his clones and Flying Thunder God to probe Jigen’s abilities. Jigen threatened Konoha and Minato’s family to force him to attack, leaving Minato furious and ready to fight.

  • Jigen entered Kāma State One and clashed with Minato, absorbing his Rasengan with Kāma.
  • Minato used shuriken and Shadow Clones to test Jigen, but Jigen’s Black Rod taijutsu destroyed dozens of clones.
  • Jigen shrank himself with Sukuna to evade the clones and attack Minato, who teleported away and inferred how the ability worked.
  • Jigen praised Minato’s Flying Thunder God Technique and threatened to attack Konoha if Minato could not wound him within three minutes.
  • Minato’s anger surged when Jigen threatened his wife, son, and village.

Ch. 340Breaking the Dojutsu!

Minato used a flooded battlefield and Sage Fox Mode to sense the movements of Jigen’s invisible, shrunken Black Rods and counter Sukuna. Jigen understood Minato’s tactic but refused to retreat, and the two continued fighting underwater.

  • Minato used clones to form the Four Violet Flames Formation, then created a Flying Thunder God Space-Time Barrier that flooded the battlefield with lake water.
  • Minato entered Sage Fox Mode and dodged Jigen’s expanding Black Rods by sensing the currents they disturbed underwater.
  • Minato’s chakra-wrapped kunai cut Jigen’s robe, but Jigen evaded the strike and forced Minato to teleport away from a barrage of Black Rods.
  • Jigen realized Minato was tracking the hidden rods through water currents and offered to spare him and his family if Minato became his servant.
  • Minato refused, and Jigen resumed his attack, determined to kill the Fourth Hokage rather than retreat.
