Hermione had been wondering about that all along.

She did not know what kind of deal Jon had made with that person, nor did she know how that person would appear here.

She even had some doubts about that person's motives—could someone close to Voldemort really be trusted?

But she quickly dismissed the thought. After all, Snape had also been close to Voldemort, and Snape was trustworthy too.

Since Jon had not doubted that person, she had no reason to doubt them either.

She wandered aimlessly through the graveyard, searching for traces of Harry's family, but found none. Before long, however, she spotted something else. But Hermione was not pointing at the gravestone itself. She was pointing at the symbol carved into it.

"This is the symbol from the book, Harry. Look closely. It is definitely the symbol from the book."

Hermione spoke with some excitement. Jon had once told her about this story when he had given her private lessons. He had mentioned Harry's family—a very ancient family, famous for the Deathly Hallows, though few people knew of them now. Hermione was a girl who knew many secrets, at least compared with Harry.
