The last time she had seen Hua Min'er wearing a pair of flying butterfly earrings among the Human Race, she had been intensely curious. Only then had she learned that Ling Tian had designed them himself and given them to Hua Min'er, and she had felt quite envious. Now that she had the opportunity, she wanted Ling Tian to design a pair of earrings for her too.
What girl could be thinking of nothing more than a pair of earrings?
"That silly boy Ling Tian—how can he not see what Tian Xin is thinking? She's jealous of Hua Min'er and wants to compete with her." Poqiong muttered to himself. As if struck by an idea, he suggested, "Ling Tian, the profound ice can't be divided, right? One earring would take two chunks of Ten Thousand Year Profound Ice, which would waste a lot of material. But you could design a necklace pendant for Tian Xin instead. It'd be practical and wouldn't waste anything."
Ling Tian considered it briefly, nodded, then looked at Tian Xin as if seeking her opinion.
At that, Tian Xin's heart stirred. If Ling Tian designs earrings, I'll just be a copy of Hua Min'er. But a necklace pendant would be different. Delighted by the thought, she gave a slight nod. "Sure, a necklace pendant it is. You promised, so don't go back on your word!"
"Of course I won't." Ling Tian chuckled, then asked, "Tian Xin, what style do you like? Do you have any special requests?"
"What style?" Tian Xin mused. A moment later, she lifted her head. "You know I'm the Butterfly Transformation of the Nine Silkworm Transformations, and I love butterflies. Just design it
