Relations among the various races in the Cultivation World were far from amicable. They were quite wary of one another, so they were extremely surprised to see the humans and demons in Ling Tian's group getting along peacefully. However, they grew even more wary of Ling Tian and his companions, and kept their distance.
The people from the various races whom Ling Tian and the others had encountered over the past few days all belonged to small groups from minor factions. The strongest among them had only reached the middle stage of Tribulation Transcendence. Though that cultivation level was quite impressive in the Cultivation World, it was nothing compared to Old Man Ling and Wu De. And sensing the imposing might of Little Zhu and the other savage beasts, they knew that Ling Tian's group was not to be trifled with.
Ling Tian could only smile wryly when he saw how wary the outsiders were of his group. Still, he knew that the divisions between the races had existed for a long time and could not be dispelled by a few words, so he said nothing and continued on his way.
After three or four months of instruction, Ling Lin had learned all of Ling Tian's archery techniques. He had yet to master them, but there was nothing more Ling Tian could do to help him. The rest depended on Ling Lin's own insight.
While Ling Lin and the others eagerly practiced their various archery techniques, Ling Tian focused on cultivating, pondering other matters as he trained.
"I wonder how Min'er is doing now?" Ling Tian murmured, thinking of that lovely figure etched deep in his memory. A faint helplessness stirred within him. Composing himself, he thought, *Given Min'er's personality, she'll probably attend this year's Cultivator Assembly. Then I'll be
