With Wu Ling and the others doggedly harrying them, Chi Xue and his companions had no chance to establish any formations. That meant their earlier plan—to set up Teleportation Formations in the northern part of the God Realm and send most of their forces deep into the region—was out of the question.
Most importantly, Feng Lingzi and the others were now heading straight for Po Di and his group. Shi Lin and the others knew how powerful Feng Lingzi's group was. They feared that if Po Di and his people faced them, some of their own would be killed. That was the last thing they wanted to see.
Thinking this over, Shi Lin and the others wanted to give up on setting up Teleportation Formations in the northern part of the God Realm and hurry to join Po Di's group instead. After all, in their minds, only by bringing these God Devouring Bodies over could they contend with Feng Lingzi and the others.
"Actually, staying in the northern part of the God Realm isn't completely pointless," Shi Ying suddenly said. Seeing everyone's puzzled expressions, she continued, "Though we can't set up Teleportation Formations and send a large force deep into the region, we've destroyed quite a few of Ling Tian's formations along the way. We've destroyed far more than Wu Ling and the others have of ours. That should at least help us destroy all of Ling Tian's formations sooner."
