In particular, when they realized those people had already been controlled by soul restrictions, they immediately understood that Tu Tian and the others intended to use them to wear them down. The thought of facing so many experts naturally made them uneasy. After all, the weakest among them were at the peak of the Twenty-third Heaven of Near-Saint, and some were even cultivators of the Twenty-fourth Heaven of Near-Saint. At that level, they were already a threat to Ling Tian and the others.

One could withstand Ling Tian and the others' powerful arrow attacks, while the other could greatly offset the World-Ending Lightning Tribulation's power. With those defenses, Ling Tian and the others' strongest methods had been far less effective.
But since the cultivators controlled by Tu Tian and the others had neither of those things, the situation became much simpler. Ling Tian and the others could now form an Arrow Formation and easily inflict casualties on them. The lightning gathered by the Tribulation Cloud overhead could also pose an enormous threat. Under these circumstances, even if hundreds or thousands of cultivators charged at once, there was no guarantee they could reach Ling Tian and the others.
At the very least, not
