That was especially true with the protection of the grand formation Ling Tian had set up, the Artifact Spirits of the Eastern Emperor Bell and other treasures, and Saint-grade Heavenly Treasures like the Creation Divine Tree. But it would take them an extraordinarily long time to reach that point. A few million years would nowhere near be enough; that much time would probably only let them break through to the Thirtieth Heaven of Near-Saint, which was still a world of difference from the Thirty-fifth Heaven.
That was only to be expected. Ling Tian and the others had spent hundreds of millions of years cultivating inside the Eastern Emperor Bell's core space. Compared with that, a few million years was far too little. It simply wouldn't be enough for Hua Min'er and the others to reach the Thirty-fifth Heaven of Near-Saint. They would still be far from that realm.
By now, Ling Tian and the others knew that the Lord of the Universe was at least a mid-tier Saint. That realm was far beyond Hua Min'er and the others. The Lord of the Universe could suppress them with a mere thought, using the pressure of his universe. In those circumstances, they naturally wouldn't pose much of a threat to him—in other words, they couldn't help Ling Tian much at all.
