Most of the marauders nodded after hearing Ling Tian's explanation. They knew he was conserving their strength, waiting until their cultivation improved before taking revenge. Trying to avenge themselves with their current strength would be no different from throwing their lives away. Even though they understood that, they still felt a simmering resentment.

Ling Tian only smiled mysteriously and didn't tell them. Instead, he urged them to recover properly, saying he would have a favor to ask of them once they were healed.

The marauders were curious, but they didn't press him. They focused on their cultivation instead. Hearing that Ling Tian had a favor to ask, they silently vowed to recover to their peak and do their best to help him.

That would be wonderful. Yue'er would have lots of people to play with. We could bring Huzi and Meimei over, too. So many people! Just thinking about it makes me happy."

Lian Yue was a playful girl, and naturally she was delighted to have so many people around.
