Modifying the Formation

The Illusion Formations Ling Tian taught them weren't complicated. Lian Yue was clever and quick-witted, and she finished casting hers in no time. Seeing a little girl who looked only two or three years old lying there like a corpse, everyone exchanged glances, their eyes filled with admiration.

Hu Yao had finished her Illusion Formation as well. The bloody aura and faint soul fluctuations emanating from it showed that her formation was flawless.

Seeing the two little girls finish their formations so quickly, the grown men, Lu Yuan and the others, blushed slightly. They didn't linger to admire the girls' formations, instead forming hand seals one after another and continuing with their own. Though Lu Yuan and the others were somewhat slower, they were getting the hang of it. It was only a matter of time before they completed their formations.

Seeing everyone setting up formations, Niu Meng's face turned bright red with embarrassment. He was terribly bad at formations, and his memories of Ling Tian's instructions were in tatters. He had no idea where to begin.

"Tehee, you silly Niu, you're so dumb! You can't even do this." Lian Yue teased him after finishing her formation, but she didn't keep the knowledge to herself. "Come on, let your little aunt teach you."

At that, Niu Meng's face flushed even redder, but he obediently followed Lian Yue's instructions and went to learn the formation from her.

Before long, Lu Yuan and the others had finished their Illusion Formations. Even Xuan Ci had gotten curious and set one up. Most of them had met the requirements, and seeing the various "corpses" revealed beneath the formations, Ling Tian was extremely satisfied.

"Tsk, so formations aren't all that hard after all." One of Lu Yuan's brothers spoke up, looking rather pleased with himself.
