General Fili and several staff officers gathered around an ancient sea chart, all wearing puzzled expressions. "The Sun Crown?"
"Yes... according to our intelligence sources, that Pirate King's next goal is to find the legendary place where the Sun fell and claim the crown of the Sun King!"
Lieutenant General Norton held a slender black pointer and indicated the crown marked in the center of the map.
"This... is simply... absurd!"
General Fili's fingers trembled slightly. "Lieutenant General Norton, explain yourself, or I'll have to question whether you're fit for your current post!"
"Yes, Commander!"
Lieutenant General Norton bowed humbly. "First... we need to be clear about one thing. The Sun King, who once conquered one ancient dynasty after another, was no legend. I've found reliable evidence proving that this ruler, who once dominated an entire continent, truly existed... and that he left behind his Sun Crown..."
"You... don't actually believe that legend is true, do you? That the Sun King was born from the sun, and his crown had the power to summon an endless army. His soldiers never tired or feared death, conquering one kingdom after another for him and defeating all manner of enemies... In the end, the Sun King had no heirs, and so, disheartened, he chose a deserted island at sea as his final resting place... In his tomb, he left his crown. Whoever possessed the Sun Crown would wield the power to conquer the world..."
One of the staff officers recounted the myth-like legend.
"We have sea monsters, elves, dwarves, and so many legendary ships... so another Sun Crown isn't anything we can't accept!"
Lieutenant General Norton spoke with measured precision. "Besides, I've found reliable evidence proving that the glorious Sun Dynasty really did exist in history... Of course, from a
