A Note on Going Premium

Uh... yes, tomorrow, April 7th, this book will be going premium.

Regarding updates: I need to make this especially clear, as an explanation to my readers.

How should I put it? Since last summer vacation, my health hasn't been great. After Heavenly Eye Yu Hao ended, I took three months off, but nothing changed—I was still weak. Friends in my reader group know that I posted my test results.

Feeling unwell has made my writing speed extremely slow. I simply can't compare to other fanfic authors who can write eight thousand or even ten thousand words a day.

During this book's free update period, some readers asked whether I could do mass updates after it went premium. My answer was that I couldn't.

After all, making promises about things I can't do would be... well, you know.

All I can say sincerely is that I'll try to write as much as possible going forward, but I can't guarantee any particular word count.

Starting with the next chapter, there will be charges. I'm not asking for anything like first-day subscriptions; I only hope everyone will seriously consider whether or not to subscribe.

There is one thing I can promise: so far, I've only ever abandoned original novels. Whether my fanfics performed poorly or well, I always finished them. That much I can guarantee.
