Li Xian was born in Nanfeng City, Qingzhou, as the second son of Li Lantian, chief escort of the Li Family Escort Agency. The family possessed neither a notable lineage nor inherited high-level techniques. In his youth, Li Xian was known as an inconspicuous, dissipated playboy. 6 156
