"What if I can?" Kiyomi charged forward.
Blue lightning crackled around her hand as she struck at the man's chest.
He sidestepped, but the lightning still grazed his arm.
"Ah!" he cried out. A charred mark appeared on his arm.
"Not bad, that Lightning Release of yours." He shook his arm. "But it's not enough."

Kiyomi went flying and slammed hard into the ground.

He charged at her again.
Kiyomi gritted her teeth and began gathering more Lightning Release Chakra.
The blue lightning grew brighter and more dazzling.
"What's this...?" The man stopped in his tracks.
