Ailan had said that, as a Mirror Person, the range she could move within had always been limited to the physical space reflected by mirrors. There was no such thing as a mirror world.

But the connection between different mirrors was real, provided Maria had looked into that mirror.

Li Dan withdrew his hand.

"Let's go to the mall where you work tonight. There's nothing wrong with this mirror. That thing is probably following you."

"Following me?" Ben's face instantly turned pale as paper, and his already hunched frame looked even thinner.

He had still been clinging to a shred of hope, thinking that as long as he stayed away from that mirror, it would be fine. Even sleeping on the streets would be better than being haunted by a ghost.
