The Qin Zombie leader, along with the thousands of terracotta soldiers that had yet to awaken and were burning after being battered by Wendigo, all turned into streaks of black light and were swept into the card.

Yet at the last moment, the Guard Card transformed into a King Card.

Li Dan was puzzled at first, but soon understood: the combined supernatural power of three thousand awakening Qin Zombies, concentrated in the Qin Corpse King, barely brought it within reach of a king's shadow.

Moreover, this was only one burial site. The Qin Zombies elsewhere were effectively pieces of the Qin Corpse King's puzzle.

Once all the pieces were gathered, its level of terror would skyrocket.
