"Loki, why did you have to be so foolish? How am I supposed to live without you?"

Thor clutched Loki's body tightly, tears streaming down his face and falling onto Loki's pale cheeks, as if trying to wake his slumbering soul.

His voice choked with endless grief and despair. "Loki, why did you have to be so foolish? You're always like this, rushing into danger and challenging everything without a second thought, never considering your own safety.

"Without you, my world will be plunged into darkness. How am I supposed to carry on?"

Thor's heart twisted as if a knife had been driven into it. He couldn't accept this cruel reality. He wished with all his heart that this was just a nightmare, and that when he woke, he would see Loki's familiar, mischievous grin.

He held Loki tightly, as if afraid he might suddenly disappear. He murmured Loki's name again and again, trying to keep hold of the last trace of his warmth, but no matter how he called, Loki didn't respond.

"Director, they really are such devoted brothers. It's so touching."

Coulson took out his handkerchief and wiped the tears from his eyes again. Beside him, Tony's eyes were a little red too.

Although this madman had been way out of his depth, he had at least been willing to help protect New York. Now that he was dead, it was only right to observe a moment of silence for him.
