One had to know that there were distinct levels even among Titled Douluo. Before Level 95, they were all collectively known as Titled Douluo. Only those with Innate Soul Power no lower than Level 8 could cultivate to Level 90.
Above Level 95, however, each level was a world apart. They were known as Super Douluo. To reach this level, not only could one's Soul Power not be below Level 9, one also had to possess a super Martial Soul.
Once one reached Level 98, one was called a Peak Douluo. At Level 99, one became a Limit Douluo—the pinnacle of the continent in the public eye.
