"How did this ship avoid being rejected by Kami's Lookout? Only those acknowledged by Kami should be able to set foot here," Mr. Popo said expressionlessly as he looked at the aircraft landing in the plaza.

"They were acknowledged by Kami's Lookout. Namekians were always welcome," Piccolo said, looking at the ellipsoid ship before them.

Dende looked puzzled. "Be careful. This ship doesn't look like it's from our place."

"The Ki of the Namekians inside isn't wrong."

After saying that, Piccolo walked toward the ship. Just then, the hatch at the bottom opened, and a floating lift descended. Several sharp-mouthed aliens and a few strong, sturdy Namekians stepped out of the ship.

"Greetings. We are Varga from Universe 1. We have come here to invite you to take part in a super tournament with contestants from multiple universes."

The Varga who had stepped down from the ship extended that invitation to everyone on Kami's Lookout.

"Varga?"

Piccolo repeated the name of the Varga in confusion, unsure of that race's origins, then shifted his gaze to the Namekians beside them.

"You're not clansmen from New Planet Namek. What are your origins, and what is your connection to these Varga?"

A more properly dressed Namekian said, "We are Namekians, but not Namekians from your universe... Thanks to the Varga's technology for crossing parallel worlds, we were able to come here."

"Heh-heh." The Varga beside him laughed smugly.

"There is not only one universe, but many different individual universes. Every universe has its own developmental trajectory. However, because of certain accidents, the same universe can also split into different parallel worlds. According to the decision of the Supreme Kais, universes should remain sealed off from one another to avoid causing chaos in the worlds."
