Killer B escaped captivity and returned to Kumogakure, where he learned Gyuki had been taken and Fourth Raikage A had been crippled. Dodai urged him to become the Fifth Raikage, but the Raikage’s awakening interrupted their argument, leaving Killer B to reunite with his injured brother.

• Black Zetsu entered the Tsuchikage Building and offered Akatsuki’s services against Konoha.
