Thank you all for your support last month, calculating the owed updates
I originally wanted to write another chapter, but after staying up until now, I've only managed a little over a thousand words. I really can't keep going.
Last month, I ended up eleventh on the overall rankings. That was an unprecedented peak in all my years of writing books. I truly, truly thank everyone for your support.
I checked the backend. Last month, I updated a total of 263,000 words, averaging 8,500 words a day. It was mainly that I dropped the ball in the last few days; otherwise, I think I should have been able to reach over ten thousand words a day.
I really never expected that going to Singapore for the annual meeting could still get me sick. During the last two days over there, I already felt dizzy and had a sore throat. After getting home, I looked up some information and found that there had just been a major outbreak over there not long before. Although the antigen test still came back fine, my condition was truly terrible. Every day's update was written while forcing myself through the dizziness.
But no matter what, they were all my own choices.
Then let me talk about the owed updates. Last month, there were bonus updates for forty chapters' worth of monthly tickets, and I added updates up to Chapter 24. In other words, I still owe 16 chapters. According to what I said last month, I'll make it up double this month, so that's 96,000 words in total.
I also said before that starting this month, the guaranteed updates will become one update of seven thousand words, so that's 210,000 words.
