Benjamin did not try to contact Blake.

After all, he was currently in Phase Space, where there was simply no way to send information to the outside world.

And if he dared to leave Phase Space, it would be no different from setting up a target for himself.

Benjamin patiently remained still within the cracks of Phase Space, his gaze like a precision scanner as it swept inch by inch over the jagged stone pillars below, the gray-white sand, and the energy-starved sky.

The Body Tempering Method operated at full force, pushing that extreme sensitivity to "environmental harmony" and "self-existence" to its very limit.

He no longer searched for "abnormal energy sources" or "hidden lifeforms." Instead, he sensed whether this region's overall state of existence was seamless and complete.

Time passed in silence.

One minute, two minutes...

At last, after the Body Tempering Method's adaptive evolution had advanced through several more stages, Benjamin finally discovered something unusual.

About three hundred meters to his front left stood a gray-white boulder that appeared ordinary, no different from any other stone pillar. Yet in Benjamin's perception, its "sense of existence" carried an exceedingly subtle note of "disharmony."

It was like a perfectly copied painting in which a small patch of pigment possessed a texture and sense of age that differed subtly from the whole.

The other party had likewise concealed their sense of existence, but their method differed from Blake's approach of "completely erasing one's own existence."

This wizard had instead adjusted his own "existential attributes" to perfectly match the surrounding environment, like the most brilliant camouflage. Even if you saw him, you would subconsciously classify him as part of the background.

It was hard to say which of the two methods was superior, but both were undoubtedly extremely troublesome.
