Wizards rushed about everywhere, collection arrays activated everywhere, and supplies and personnel were forcibly packed up and taken away everywhere. Felix, the Magic Network's artificial intelligence, had given them a one-year deadline. It sounded generous, but for the wholesale relocation of a massive wizard force, it was practically hell mode.
One year was only enough for them to pack up and take away the most crucial planes, the finest populations, and the most valuable assets.
As for those fringe planes, peripheral populations, and resources that had yet to be fully extracted, they could only be abandoned.
Of course, the Tower of Silence would not simply sit back and wait for death.
Every minute, countless planes were being frantically mined.
Those collection arrays that should have been operated with meticulous precision had all been cranked up to maximum output.
Even if it led to wasted resources, as long as they could take away one more ton of ore before the deadline, it was a victory.
And amid this chaos, one figure was so busy that his feet barely touched the ground.
He was Illusion.
As a Level 6 Wizard who commanded the laws of [Fantasy], his abilities were like a fish in water during such a large-scale migration.
He skipped the tedious extraction process and directly "defined" the result of resources having been fully collected; he omitted the complicated transportation procedures and directly "presented" the state of supplies arriving at their destination.
By himself, he was as efficient as tens of thousands of ordinary wizards.
