The inside of the Information Plane was a complete sea of light.

Here, space seemed to have lost the meaning of three dimensions, replaced by endlessly flickering, pulsing streams of light.

Ten days passed in the blink of an eye.

Benjamin sat in a laboratory fashioned through Alchemy, staring at the ten light screens before him with a deep frown.

The Black Giant Priests moved swiftly through the sea of light within the Information Plane.

Yet no matter how they advanced, all that surrounded them was a pure white void—no direction, no boundaries, and no living creatures. "Where are those Natives?"

Benjamin frowned.

Logically speaking, the Wizard Legion's earlier probe had caused no small commotion, and they had not made any effort to conceal their presence.

Even a relatively primitive civilization should have at least sent someone to investigate such a disturbance.

Yet more than ten days had passed. The Black Giant Priests had practically turned over the entire surrounding area, but they had not even seen a shadow.

It was as if their earlier probe had attracted no attention whatsoever.

Benjamin picked up a cup of tea synthesized through Alchemy, took a sip, and continued watching the light screens.

Finally, something changed on the thirteenth day.

A blurry mass of light appeared in the distance on the screen.

Benjamin instantly sat upright and casually tossed the teacup aside.

"Approach it."

He issued the command through the Fate System.

The ten Black Giant Priests simultaneously adjusted their direction and slowly approached the mass of light.

As the distance closed, the image grew clearer and clearer.

It really was a Native.

Its form was extraordinarily abstract—like a mass of gathered light, without any fixed outline. Fine strands of light constantly drifted from its edges, only to retract back into its body.
