Lin Baici held the doorknob and took in the entire dormitory room.
It wasn't very big.
Three bunk beds stood inside, each with a wooden plank frame painted a sort of dark green.
What an eyesore.
Had the president of Haijing Institute of Technology been cheated on?
Why else would the sheets, blankets, and beds all be green?
The man clearly had no sense of aesthetics.
Lin Baici's verdict was one word:
Ugly!
There was a desk in the northeast corner and another in the middle of the room. The one in the corner also held a landline phone. It looked ancient, probably having been there for seven or eight years.
Did anyone still use these things?
"There's a balcony through there, with a sink. Your luggage lockers are there too!"
Zhou Ya showed him around the dormitory room.
"Got it!"
Lin Baici nodded. There were six people in the room now.
A tall young man, a little over 180 centimeters, sat on the lower bunk of the bed nearest the door, spinning a basketball on his left index finger.
He wore a yellow Lakers jersey with the number 23 on it, and a pair of AJ32 basketball shoes.
When he saw Lin Baici come in, he stood up and politely asked, "Need a hand?"
"Thanks, I'm good."
The roommate looked like a basketball fan. He was average-looking but stocky, with dark skin, apparently from years of playing basketball outdoors.
[Wow, a muscle man. Years of playing ball have made his muscles firm and powerful, with a wonderfully chewy texture. I recommend grilling him and slathering him with sauce!]
[Medium rare. Don't complain that he's tough to chew; that's when he tastes best.]
"..."
The God of Gluttony was reviewing ingredients again. Lin Baici was speechless.
"My name's Fang Mingyuan!"
