"So sweet."
"This is a Pink Ball Berry, right?"
Beneath the fruit tree, Fang Yuan held the pink fruit and finished it in two or three bites.
The sweet juice burst in Fang Yuan's mouth, leaving him thoroughly refreshed.
Then, he looked overhead.
Calling it a "Berry" might not have been quite right. Another name suited it better.
Apricorn.
A Pink Ball Berry was a pink Apricorn, carrying a sweet, pleasant fragrance.
In the games, it could be used to make richly sweet juice. It could also be given to Master Steel, the Poké Ball master, to create a Heal Ball, a Poké Ball with special effects.
By the time Fang Yuan finished the fruit, Mew had already vanished. It might have gone off to play, or perhaps to inspect Lycanroc's training results.
Watching Mew run off reminded Fang Yuan of something Eevee had mentioned that morning.
"Oh, right. That thing I promised Eevee before—forming the Eevee Special Forces—can be put aside for now."
Fang Yuan turned to Rotom.
Eevee had said it wanted to focus on winning Mew over lately and had no time to lead any underlings.
Eevee had set a grand ambition: it absolutely had to pull Mew into the fold.

Even if it were to form one, it would have to wait until Eevee had won Mew over.
"Received, Rotom!!"
As Rotom replied, Fang Yuan casually picked another Pink Ball Berry and asked, "There's something else, Rotom. Did you finish investigating the Slowpoke Well Water I asked you about?"
"There is no such well..."
Rotom Phone sounded helpless, unable to understand why Fang Yuan was looking for it.
"There isn't? That's fine
