The ninth level of the Yin Ruins.
Several void-eroding crystals exploded, spewing vast clouds of gray mist that shattered the Heavenly Venerates' domains. The remaining void-eroding crystals pierced through the domains and shot toward the Nine Heavens Great Array.
"Quick, stop them! We can't let them destroy the Great Array!"
The Heavenly Venerates' expressions changed, and they unleashed their power together, trying to stop the black crystals. But how could they? With all five working together, they could still suppress them, but now that they were scattered, they stood no chance.
Streams of primordial spirit power tried to seize control of the void-eroding crystals, but the instant they touched them, they felt their primordial spirits being devoured by the power of decay.
Seven black crystals broke through seal after seal as though shattering panes of glass, hurtling forward at a terrifying speed. Everyone was horrified. Once they broke through the Heavenly Venerates' blockade, they would instantly enter the void, and then nothing could stop them.
"Stop!"
At that moment, Star River roared. Above him, a vast river of stars surged, and a heaven-shaking sword light tore through heaven and earth, colliding with an equally astonishing saber light. A tremendous explosion thundered out, and violent energy battered heaven and earth.
Star River was hurled backward, flying a thousand meters before he stopped, his long hair streaming.
"You can't stop me!"
Alicia's voice brimmed with excitement as she shot forward, plunging straight into the gray mist.
"Let's see who dies first today! Enjoy yourselves, ants!"
Her excited voice rolled out of the gray mist, shaking heaven and earth. Both Star River and the other Heavenly Venerates paled.
