Ying Wu was shocked once again. The young master was carrying him while flying, as if riding the wind, or like a swimming dragon weaving through the sky. His speed was beyond imagining; the ground seemed to shrink beneath his feet with every step.
What shocked him even more was that, despite moving so fast, he couldn't feel the slightest gust of wind.
How had the young master become so powerful in such a short time?
He seemed even stronger than the old sect master!
Just then, Fang Mo suddenly glanced behind them, shifted in midair, and dropped into the woods, setting Ying Wu down.
Fang Mo instructed him:
"Ying Wu, keep heading south. No matter what you hear, don't look back!"
Ying Wu nodded.
"Yes, young master!"
He had no questions, and said nothing more. He darted away toward the south, while Fang Mo remained where he was, his gaze piercing through the leaves toward the direction they had come from.
Sure enough, after only a few breaths, a rumbling sound rolled toward him. Fang Mo narrowed his eyes.
He hadn't been mistaken. A threat was indeed approaching from behind.
The closer he came to breaking through into the Heavenly Human Realm, the stronger he felt—and the sharper his sense of danger grew.
The mecha slowed and hovered in midair. It couldn't sense Fang Mo standing in the forest below. Instead, it swept its gaze over the area, seemingly using radar to search.
Then the mecha locked onto Ying Wu, who was racing through the woods.
The pilot seemed puzzled. Given the speed he'd sensed earlier, the person running through the woods didn't seem like the target he was chasing.
Beep, beep, beep!
The radar scanned the area, but seemed to detect no powerful life signals within a hundred
