Just a bunch of barbaric natives who've only just entered the third-level technological civilization. What makes you think you're qualified to cooperate with a Seventh Level Civilization? If our empire's main forces weren't stranded in a distant sea of stars and unable to get here anytime soon, you wouldn't even be fit to serve as our slaves!"
