Tianli Sect was founded by Tianli Zi, who entrusted five major cultivation arts to his five disciples: the Taichu Myriad Manifestations Art, Nine Heavens Dragon-Riding Art, Cloud Palace Heart Sutra, Heavenly Gang Sky-Shattering Art, and Tianji Qingyan Record. He moved five mountain ranges and established the Five Absolutes Heavenly Sword Array, creating the sect’s present mountain-gate foundation. 1228

The sect has endured for over one hundred thousand years and amassed an extensive inheritance through wars and conquests. In the distant past, Tianli Sect united the major powers of the Tianli Sword Domain to destroy the Mechanical Empire after it hunted Martial Artists, extracted life essence, and devastated inhabited planets. Its control over trial grounds brought cultivators from numerous lower worlds into contact with the sect.
