Chapter Summaries

Xu Zihuang said farewell to his friends, prepared the next generation to lead the empire, and ascended to the God Realm with Ye Guyi, Ning Tian, Ju Zi, and Wang Qiu'er. Upon arrival, he ignored the welcoming God Officials and challenged Tang San to come out and die.

• Xu Zihuang reunited with Tang Ya, Beibei, and Zhang Lexuan, then spent the night saying farewell to them and later to He Caitou and Xu Sanshi.
• Zhang Lexuan told Xu Zihuang she wanted to pursue godhood on her own, and he respected her decision.
• Xu Zihuang and Wang Qiu'er bid farewell to Di Tian, Bi Ji, and the other ferocious beasts before leaving the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Xu Zihuang entrusted the empire to Xu Xiyan and told Xu Ningqing to make the Far North submit, then ascended with Ye Guyi, Ning Tian, Ju Zi, and Wang Qiu'er.
• After reaching the God Realm, Xu Zihuang ignored the God Officials greeting him and called for Tang San to face him.

Xu Zihuang confronted Tang San and slaughtered most of his allies before clashing with him using their supreme divine powers. Xu Zihuang then sent his attack back through time toward Jialing Pass ten thousand years earlier, where it descended as Tang San killed Bibi Dong.

• Tang San gathered Dai Mubai, Ma Hongjun, Zhu Zhuqing, Oscar, Ning Rongrong, and Xiao Wu to confront Xu Zihuang, while Ning Tian stood with Xu Zihuang.
• Xu Zihuang shattered Tang San’s Unfixed Waves and killed Dai Mubai with the Annihilation Thunder God Sword.
• Xu Zihuang imprisoned Tang San’s group in space-time, then killed Ma Hongjun, Zhu Zhuqing, and Oscar with more lightning strikes.
• Tang San gave the Sea God’s power to Xiao Wu and unleashed the Asura Blood Sword, but Xu Zihuang met his attack with the Eternal Space-Time Spear.
• Xu Zihuang’s spear pierced through time toward Jialing Pass, and he declared that he would accept every karmic consequence to settle his feud with Tang San.
• At Jialing Pass ten thousand years earlier, Tang San’s Asura God Sword pierced Bibi Dong as Qian Renxue cried out, and Xu Zihuang’s spear phantom descended.

Xu Zihuang traveled back through time to defeat and erase Tang San, then returned to the God Realm and claimed Tang San’s place as its fifth God King. The story ended with Xu Zihuang’s era beginning, followed by the author’s note about planned side stories and a new novel.

• Xu Zihuang descended over Jialing Pass from the future, and Qian Renxue recognized their fates as she helped herself and Bibi Dong descend.

Three years after the Sun Moon Empire unified the continent, its awakening-day institutions and Soul Spirit system had spread widely. In the Eternal Tower, Electrolux recovered all his memories and resolved to use his knowledge to benefit the Douluo Plane.

• Three years after unification, the Sun Moon Empire had expanded overseas and established Sun Moon Shrines and Angel Sanctuaries to awaken commoners’ martial souls.
• Parents brought children to the Sun Moon Shrine in Ming City for the annual awakening ceremony, where the children admired the Eternal Tower and learned of Electrolux’s Soul Spirit method.
• A boy emerged from an awakening room with Innate Soul Power, and his grateful father bowed toward the Eternal Tower before leaving.
• Xu Zihuang and Ye Guyi stood with Electrolux atop the Eternal Tower after Xu Zihuang had restored Electrolux’s scattered divine consciousness over three years.
• Electrolux confirmed that all his memories had returned and said he hoped his knowledge would benefit the plane as atonement for his past wrongs.
