Qingshan City was not particularly close to Moon City, but Dao Lord Taichu flew at full speed and arrived in just two days.
"We've finally arrived. This place truly is prosperous. As expected of a city, it's enormous. This is probably the only large city in this region."
Dao Lord Taichu looked at the towering, majestic Moon City before him and praised it.
Moon City's walls stood thousands of zhang high, broad and vast. Their entire surface was a pale silver, radiating a soft glow, incomparably sturdy.
"Dao Lord, please." Liu Xue smiled sweetly and extended her jade-like arm in invitation.
"Hahaha, good!" Dao Lord Taichu chuckled as he took Liu Xue's slender arm and stepped into Moon City.
With his hands clasped behind his back, he strolled through the city as though taking a leisurely walk through a garden.
His destination was the city's largest shop—the Myriad Treasures Pavilion. He intended to buy two things there.
The Myriad Treasures Pavilion was Moon City's largest and most luxurious marketplace, as well as the center of jewelry sales for the entire city.
Before long, the two arrived at the Myriad Treasures Pavilion. It covered an area of three thousand zhang and was a massive palace-like structure, lavishly decorated outside. Well-dressed young masters and noble ladies constantly entered and exited through its doors.
There were numerous shops here.
Dao Lord Taichu led Liu Xue straight to the center of the marketplace, where there was a huge auction house surrounded by many stalls.
