"Kid, you're pretty quick at dodging." Meat Mountain grinned and raised his Meteor Hammer again. This time, instead of smashing it down directly, he swung it out, sending it coiling toward Lin Taichu's chest.
Lin Taichu knew he would be finished if the Meteor Hammer wrapped around him. He hurriedly used the shaft of his trident to block it. The hammer's chain wound around the shaft, and Meat Mountain yanked backward, trying to drag Lin Taichu over.
Lin Taichu pushed forward with all his strength as well. The two remained locked in place, Lin Taichu's arms trembling. He could feel that Meat Mountain was far stronger than he was. If this continued, he would definitely be pulled over.
Lin Taichu suddenly released one hand, drew a Short Blade from his waist, and slashed at the Meteor Hammer's chain. Meat Mountain had not expected that. By the time he reacted, a section of the chain had already been cut through, and the Meteor Hammer fell to the ground.
Meat Mountain froze for a moment, then flew into a rage. "Kid, you dare destroy my weapon!"
He picked up the Meteor Hammer from the ground, gripping the remaining half of the chain in his other hand. He charged at Lin Taichu, wrapped the chain around Lin Taichu's trident, then swung the Meteor Hammer at Lin Taichu's head.
Lin Taichu hurriedly ducked. The Meteor Hammer brushed past his scalp and slammed into the wall behind him, smashing a hole through it. Lin Taichu took the chance to pull back his trident and kicked Meat Mountain in the stomach.
Though Meat Mountain was fat, his belly was all flesh. Lin Taichu's kick only forced him back a single step and did not do much damage.
