"Then I'll go to Immortal Soldier Island tonight to find Sun Tietou."
"No need to wait until tonight. Go now—the sooner the better. Those three from the Profound Heaven Sect have already met Steward Liu. They could go onto the island at any time."
Su Yao stood up and put the teacup on the table into her Storage Bag.
"You're coming with me?"
"I'll keep watch at the landing entrance. You go east to find Sun Tietou. We'll split up and meet back in Luofeng City before dark."
Su Yao looked at Lin Taichu and paused.
"You'll watch the landing entrance alone? What will you do if those three really come?"
"If they force their way onto the island, I'll call for help."
Su Yao felt that this was hardly a good plan, but for now, there was no better one.
"All right. Then that's what we'll do."
The two of them left the Zhao Family Mansion and flew straight south on their swords.
After flying for over two hours, the gray-black shadow of Immortal Soldier Island appeared on the sea. When they were still some distance from the island, Lin Taichu had Su Yao descend, and the two of them stood on a reef jutting out of the water.
"You go east to find Sun Tietou. I'll go up through the western landing entrance. Before dark, we'll meet at the reef beside the western landing entrance."
